The route the 2012 Olympic Games torch will take ahead of next summer's massive game has been announced - and it's not coming to Bury St Edmunds!

Bury St Edmunds has been overlooked on the Olympic torch route ahead of the 2012 games
The London Organising Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games (Locog) say the Olympic flame would come within a one-hour journey of 95 per cent of people in the UK.
For Bury St Edmunds residents, it looks like there will be at least a half an hour journey as the nearest locations will be Cambridge and Ipswich.
Dates for your diary are Thursday, July 5 2012 in Ipswich and Saturday, July 7 2012 in Cambridge.
During the 70-day torch relay it will pass through major towns and cities all over the country and while Bury isn't on that list, all hope is not lost.
Organisers Locog stress the route details are not comprehensive and there will be more places names in the next few months.
